Long-standing members of Temple Chambers, Christian Jowett and Rhys Taylor have written a two-part article for Family Law Week exploring confiscation proceedings in the context of matrimonial property in financial remedy proceedings.

Part One sets out the key concepts and procedural aspects of confiscation. In Part Two the approach where confiscation orders compete with financial remedy proceedings for the same matrimonial property, is explained.
