Ancillary Relief Seminar
This seminar provides an opportunity to collect some last minute CPD before the 31st October deadline.
The subjects to be covered will be the impact on Ancillary Relief Proceedings of Capital Gains Tax, Proceeds of Crime Proceedings, Costs and Insolvency. These subjects are all complex and prevalent areas encountered with increasing frequency by practitioners in the field.

The Seminar will be conducted in Temple Chambers, Newport on the 23rd October and on the 30th October at the Park House Club in Cardiff.
The Seminar will run from 5pm to 7pm and will therefore provide 2 hours worth of CPD points.
