The Criminal Team comprises 28 specialists at all levels of seniority. Members of the Team prosecute and defend; aside from the Silks there are ten Grade IV Prosecutors regularly prosecuting cases of the utmost gravity.
The Team is also represented upon the Attorney-General's Panel of Prosecutors for the Wales and Chester Circuit. Appellate and Judicial Review cases are catered for.
Individuals have expertise in Fraud, Trading Standards and other areas of Regulatory Law, Police Law, Courts Martial, and the law relating to the misuse of computers.
