Aquilina v Aquilina [2004] EWCA Civ 504
R v Allsopp [2003] All ER (D) 128 (Feb): A sentence of 12 months' imprisonment imposed upon a defendant who pleaded guilty to burglary was considered, on appeal, to be manifestly excessive. A sentence of six months' imprisonment was substituted.
