Specialist Family Law practitioner.
Richard Miller is a senior member of the Family Team. He accepts instructions in all Children Act cases, but the bulk of his practice is made up of Public Child Law.
Richard Miller regularly accepts instructions from Local Authorities and Children's Guardians, as well as parents and other interested parties at all levels of court from the County Court to the Court of Appeal.
He is the Chairman of the Pupillage Committe and an experienced Pupil Supervisor.
