Morgan Jenkins has practised from 32 Park Place, both prior and post merger with Newport Chambers forming Temple Chambers. He has undertaken Civil, Criminal and Family work. His practice incorporates children law, both public and private, and financial matters including Ancillary Relief and applications under the Trusts of Land, etc. Act. Morgan Jenkins has a growing interest in applications to protect a wife's or third parties' interests in Proceeds of Crime Act applications in the Crown Court. He was appointed a Deputy District Judge in September 2007.
