Claire Pickthall was called to the Bar in 1999. She joined Chambers after the successful completion of a criminal pupillage. Claire practices exclusively in Criminal Law, largely defending but also prosecuting. A Grade 3 prosecutor for the Crown Prosecution Service, Claire also prosecutes for the Serious Organised Crime Agency.

Cases:
R v McNess et al - Junior counsel in prosecution for the Serious Organised Crime Agency. Case involved conspiracy to supply controlled drugs with a value of two million pounds. McNess received a sentence of 26 years imprisonment following conviction.
