Specialist Criminal and Regulatory Law practitioner.
A Crown Court Recorder, Jane Rowley was a pupil of Chambers who accepted tenancy upon the completion of her pupillage in 1990. Her early years of practice were divided between Family and Criminal Law until appointment as Crown Counsel (Criminal) to the Attorney General (Cayman Islands Government) in 1998.
Jane Rowley now specialises in Criminal and Regulatory work and sits as a legal adviser to the Care Council for Wales. Appointed to the Attorney General's "A" list of prosecuting advocates, she regularly appears in serious and complex cases in the higher courts.
